BiLayout

Description

BiLayout is a Java plugin for Cytoscape, a software platform for the analysis and visualization of molecular interaction networks.
This plugin computes a bipartite network layout for 2 user-selected groups of nodes.

Features

BiLayout provides several additional features for your layout, which are available via two context menus:

BiLayout menu:	This menu contains options for the current BiLayout, like selecting one of the two groups showing and hiding unconnected nodes exporting groups resetting the network
MouseOver menu:	The mouse-over effect provides an easy visualization of all neighbors of a certain node. Just move the mouse cursor over a node to highlight all its neighbors. Additionally, you have the opportunity to customize the visual appearance of this effect.
